Service fees

We negotiate basic monthly fees and other expenses for each of our clients, there won't be any hidden costs.

Service Fees:
1. Basic cost 45€/h + each receipt cost 0,40€/record, We are using the double-entry accounting method there will be two or more recorded entries for every transaction.
2. Small companies; monthly minimum charge is 45€/ (max 10 receipts)
3. Annual financial statement: minimum cost is 180€/ company (for less than three hours), additional hours: 45€/h.
4. Payslip and tax return 45€/h.
5. Other consultation services for private and for entrepreneurs 45€/h.
6. Translation service 50€/h.

24 % VAT will be added to all above prices.

Prices contain databases and backup storing in our system. If you are using third-party service software, the costs incurred must be paid by the customer, for example, the cost for using Procountor should be paid by the customer.
